Live fitness has helped me get into shape for my military basic training. I was only able to train here for a month, when i first started here i could only do 34 pushups in a minute, 44 situps in a minute, 2 pullups, and my mile and a half was only 10:34. After training here with Coach Paul and his Apprentice Noah my results were more than what i was expecting. My pushups went up to 59, situps went to 57, pullups to 5, and my run time down to 10:15. Along with the training he also helped me with how i understood nutrition. Overall my experience at live fitness was extremely beneficial to my physical fitness going into Basic Military Training for the Air Force.
