Went in in feburary with my insurance fitness program was told they stopped taking it in October. So they have been taking money from my health insurance for over a quarter of a year and not letting those of us paying for the insurance use their gym.... more

In their contracts they say if you cancel within 3 business days of signing up for their services you will receive a full refund. I did just that and I'm still waiting for them to contact me back.... more

They need to put in a recycling bin for all the preworkout cans their customers use. I would wear shower shoes in the shower..I have been trying to cancel a membership over the phone for months.... more

Not very pleased with how they are handling the aspect of people trying to move back home due to the cancellation of Texas Tech University classes. With not having a gym in the vicinity of my location in Dallas I was trying to cancel the membership and they are not allowing me to do that without having me jump through hoops to prove this.... more
