Awesome box! Always a good feeling to find a home away from home to work out in! Great variety of WODs and a very friendly group! Highly recommend this location to anyone coming to Lubbock for the short or the long term!

An excellent place for any level of experience with CrossFit. The coaching across all class times is top-notch. Also, it can be utilized 24/7 with the HybridAF system. It has been the only CrossFit gym in Lubbock I have been to and will remain the only CrossFit gym I attend. Great People! Great Community!

CrossFit Lubbock provides a conducive environment for me to grow stronger. Since joining the gym in August 2019, I have felt accepted by the CFLBK family and been invited to many events. I strongly recommend CFLBK to anyone who is willing to work on themselves and let a team of dedicated coaches assist you along the way.

Awesome environment. Everyone gets one on one attention regardless if the classes are large or small.

It's the ONE and ONLY crossfit facility in Lubbock that offers one-on-one sessions as one of the options in their membership plans. But you won't get ignored in any of the classes, all of the coaches keep an eye on everyone and are quick to help modify a movement when needed and/or offer advice on improvement. And everyone, regardless of their physical abilities, encourages and motivates each other to succeed.

At 54 and 305 pounds I was hesitant to start. I went to a class with a friend and was amazed how much support,help and care I was given. The coaches were amazing. I had a blast! Go ahead get started!! See you tomorrow! : )

I was extremely excited to finally see the facility and to try out a class. The staff was very welcoming and I was smiling the entire time I was there. My first time experience will truly be rememberable and I thank the people I met including the instructor Joey for making my experience fantastic. I am definitely signing up and coming back for more.

Great facility with a very welcoming and respectful coaching staff. One of the best Boxes I've been to in the 8 years I've been doing CrossFit. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for more.

I finally made my way into this box upon recommendation from my local CF box in San Antonio. Derrick was leading the noon class and was very friendly and helpful in getting me set up. CF Lubbock has everything you need and Derrick did a great job explaining the day's movements and their scaled versions. I will be returning from here on out when I am back in town.

We dropped in, for a class we were visiting for school. The coach Tim was great, I think I learned more in that hour than I have in the past couple months. Great environment and athletes! Will definitely come back when in town

Went to Crossfit Lubbock this week with a friend who goes there often. We went on our own, not during scheduled class, and my friend took me through a typical workout, I'm assuming, and I really enjoyed it. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and encouraged me with a few pointers in my lifts! I felt immediately at ease and could tell it's a family/community atmosphere that want people to accomplish their goals! I'm unfortunately moving away but if I wasn't, I'd be joint Crossfit Lubbock.

Dropped in the 5:30am class and got in a great workout! The coach and members were friendly and easy to talk to. Definitely will be back when I come back to town.

Love the size of the gym and their open door policy for doing your own programming. Helpful and friendly staff are knowledgeable and able to answer any questions you may have. Don't be afraid to drop in!
