Friendly, mature staff, calm atmosphere for all ages, affordable membership, no waiting to workout, showers and lockers. Peaceful workouts. Well run gym.

I recently joined Planet Fitness and made an appointment with Richard Dragon to set up a personal fitness program designed for me and tailored for my goals. I am very impressed with Richard and I am glad I am working with him!

I love this gym and the employees. They are great and very helpful. They are attentive to the needs of the members. I would recommend to any of my friends the atmosphere. Love love love it

I love this gym. Everyone is so kind and the place is extremely clean. The staff is great. Always taking care of anything you need. Especially Dragon and Kerri. Best gym I have ever been to.

Love doing my own thing at the gym and I can do that at Planet Fitness. I work at an in Bound call center in Lubbock and I really like the solitude I get when I am there. I have the Black card and after my workout I sit in the massage chair and the hydro bed to relax and end the day. With the Black card I do that as many times as I want. It is worth the extra money!

A great gym! They have plenty of machines for users and lots of space. I really enjoy being a Black Card member: using the massage chairs and bringing a friend are great perks! So glad to be part of the Planet Fitness family. They help me get it together one workout at a time.

Also was here taking out old equipment staff was super nice and friendly now the gym has new cardio equipment to make the gym that much more up to date great gym fo a planet fitness

I love this gym! There are a variety of exercise equipment that help with exercising. You can ask an employee for help with a machine or anything else that confuses you. The locker room, showers, and bathroom stalls are always clean. There are stations with disinfectant and paper towels everywhere, which I appreciate as someone who doesn't like sweat stains on my exercise equipment. Plus there are "first come first serve" classes for certain areas of the body a person wants to improve lead by a trainer. Also, you can schedule an appointment with a trainer to tailor an exercise program to you but they give you freedom to change it if you wish. The overall goal is to get a person to exercise.

I love it because everyone is so nice and they do not make fun or judge you at all. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

I don't understand why this location has good reviews. Bathroom and locker room not very clean. Dirty showers. No private dressing area in the locker room at all. The hydromassage can only be used for 5 minutes at a time, which is ridiculous. 6 also don't understand why the gym was dirty. There were at least 3 employees there and I did not see anyone cleaning.

Has everything you need to get ripped you just have to put in the time...there's treadmills, ellipticals, all kinds of weights...and with a black card membership you can also use the massage chairs, tanning beds and standup, and the infrared cellulite standup and you can take a friend for free so you don't have to workout alone..its Great!!

Love the cleanliness. Variety of equipment. My most favorite is the hydro massage!!! All of that at a very affordable price. If it wasn't for planet fitness I wouldn't be able to afford a membership. Lubbock, TX staff is always friendly as well.

Very nice! They have very new equipment. The place is clean. The crew is friendly. It's not overcrowded.
And I really appreciate that the bathrooms don't have motion sensors. My last gym had motion sensors and they were out of order more often than not. Not to mention they always turned on or off when you least needed them to.

I like that it is 24 hours a day. I feel like the motto of "no judgment" is appreciated by all who come there and I have felt at ease since my very first day. I also like the variety of machines that are available and even if it is very busy, there is always something I can work on. I am confident the positive attitude at the Lubbock location will inspire me to keep coming back!

They are open 24/7 making it convenient for anyone to use. Price of plans are very reasonable. Employees are very helpful. I use my membership as a way to do physical therapy by walking on the treadmill & I never have had to wait for one. Also the facility is always clean.

I honestly love the Black Card features. After my long day at work I love to enjoy a massage. I just pop in real quick and take the stress off. I have really enjoyed the circuit training for my workout, fast and focused keeps me on track. the Staff is very helpful and always available.
