This Box has been amazing through the shut down. Each coach took turns videoing a workout at different times of each and every day. They posted a new work out every day that allowed us to know what muscle groups we could be working on to keep us in shape.... more

Can't say enough good things about CLCF and also the coaches, especially the owner/coach Holly! I started coming here in 2018 to increase my strength and endurance and I saw results almost immediately! I love using the infrared sauna here. It's great for pain management and a great experience to just ease body pain and stress. You can hook your phone up to the bluetooth and listen while you sweat.... more

Great place, great instructors, reasonable prices, they also offer classes once or twice a year to get certified as a yoga instructor. Yoga is great for any age group. Friendly staff.... more
