Very nice people, very nice place. They teach Aikido , which is what I am taking, as well as Tai Chi. They also do massages and Yoga so there's a bit of something for everyone depending on your needs.... more
Great group classes, great trainers, clients are loyal and trainers are loyal to them in return, really is like a family. Classes are scheduled and available by sign up via an app for accountability and to know how many are coming.... more

Great school to learn martial arts.My kids love Tiger's Den and so do we. They beg to go even on days they are closed. I love watching the instructors with the kids during class, they are so patient and encouraging.... more

This place is well stocked with a variety of equipment. The place is always not that crowded, and that just makes it feel amazing..I switched from 24 hour fitness where it cost twice as much and wasn't half as clean!! PF does a much better job of keeping equipment working and offers the massage bed and hydro too! What's not to love?!.... more
Great staff over all and clean gym. All equipment are kept in perfect shape..It's not 24 fitness. It's 20 fitness lol.By far the best gym I've ever gone to. Always plenty equipment to work out, even when it gets packed.... more
