We've tried several gyms in the area and none of them compare to Thornton's. The instructors here are very knowledgeable and patient. Other gyms we went to seemed more like glorified play time.... more
I was in town for the holidays, but couldn't let the holiday diet get the best of me so I found Crossfit Kemah. The box has a similar set up to a lot of other CF gyms I've been to, but the friendliness of the coaches and athletes is second to none! I like my gym back home, but I'll be honest, we're not as friendly to newcomers as Kemah was to me.... more
