Great place, great instructors, reasonable prices, they also offer classes once or twice a year to get certified as a yoga instructor. Yoga is great for any age group. Friendly staff.

The intelligence of the body and body awareness changes people and empowers them to embody their lives. What a difference this can make for people and the world. Many courses and extra opportunities to learn are provided by the lovely and caring couple who own the studio.

There is more than one type of yoga offered here. They offer so many different things for all walks of life. I am going to start the teachers training program next month, and am excited that I will get to share in the knowledge of all the wonderful benefits of yoga.
