Great place, has everything you need for an awesome workout. Always clean and staff is very friendly. Just make sure to avoid hours of PT and between 4-5 pm. Gets pretty busy. Also, I wish they can get the sauna up and running soon.... more

So much wasted space. This gym is huge but the small weight rooms feel crowded even with only a couple of people in them. No area to do any kind of dynamic workout. The only space to stretch or do abs is the group fitness room but the equipment is locked up and you are NOT allowed to bring a set of weights into said room to complete a full workout.... more
Great place and plenty of space. My go-to spot for the dogs, and large amounts of seating areas for when they inevitably wear ya out!. Like exercising there. The only problem we encounter are people who don't follow the rules of using the treadmill for 30 minutes ONLY.... more
They claim to be open. And say you work out when you want. But when I go. The place is closed. What they really only offer is 3 to 4 one hour classes a day. It is very unpractical to work out on your own time.... more
Really liked this gym everyone is always nice especially Niki in the front, shes the sweetest. I do not like the new lay out though who ever came up with it didn't think it threw right, there is no mirrors for the squat machines, Are you suppose to stare at the wall? Really?? Its stuffy inside and right next to the basketball court where there loud and annoying.... more
A great mix of old school and new school equipment. Tons of variety and plenty of machines.. It's not much but it's all we got. The addition of new machine weights only masks the lack of adapting to the new era of fitness.... more
The owner is totally nuts. She makes "offers" but then when people come in for them, "they are no longer available.". She treats her staff horribly, only one person has been able to accept her degradation for more than 6 months The gym itself is good, especially if you prefer more old school lifting.... more

absolutely repulsive. Took my kids here while visiting my sister in hopes to find some fun....save your time and money! The bathrooms were disgusting, and I must've seen at least 5 bugs in the shower area.... more
