They claim to be open. And say you work out when you want. But when I go. The place is closed. What they really only offer is 3 to 4 one hour classes a day. It is very unpractical to work out on your own time. Go somewhere else

Love this place! Very friendly environment, staff is awesome, good equipment, and not crowded at all! Only thing I wish they had was better air conditioning.

My sister and I tried the kick boxing class for the first time and it was a killer work out. Jason is a great coach! We really enjoyed the class.

They let me train for free one day and I loved it! The workout is great and the trainer was upbeat and keeps you going. The price is a little high for my budget but I highly recommend training here if you want a great workout in a motivating atmosphere.

Nice. It was great going to another place that was status quo. Okay... I get it, I can't compete with professional fighters. I just wish I could train a traditional Brazilian martial art without putting up with all these FXXXheads! Pardon my French, but other than that, they had very accommodating bathrooms.
Very good experience, was very helpful. Even offered to help get me into classes to get a feeling for everything and be comfortable.
