Nice and clean place. Good customer service. New machines to workout for any woman who really wants to workout and not looking for any other thing. Only women exercising there.

Great instructors and very nice environment. I don't think they have the most accommodating hours and the widest variety of actual gym equipment but if you're going for the classes (which is why I go) and you have a standard schedule then this place is great.

Clean gym, great classes and very helpful staff. Small area for weights, but most people go for the classes anyways.
It did the job but I wish there was something with substance and history. Maybe something from Brazil that mixed the calmness of dance with the fight of a martial art. Anyway, not bad.
