Dropped in for a few days, decided to do the $30 entire week session. It's a great deal if you make it out to every day of the week. Smaller, more intimate group setting when I went to the afternoon classes.... more
This place is super clean and friendly. We take advantage of several of the amenities this club offers. My husband and I have Rob train us.He is extremely knowledgeable and we have seen results much faster then if it was just us trying it on our own.... more

Nice place to workout. Avoid busy hours to get on machines you want..When I tried to cancel my membership they wouldn't let me. Even with it being a no contract agreement I was told I would have to pay a charge or continue paying until it had been a year from my initial sign up.... more

What is the max capacity of this gym? It's ridiculous how packed it is. It's great for how cheap it is, but at certain times of the day all the equipment is taken up. I can never get anything done when I'm there.... more

Very nice and clean facility. Large selection of Precor equipment for all types of lifts. Spacious workout areas with plenty of free weights. It is very well lit and secure. Staff is polite and acknowledges each person that enters the facility.... more
Local administrators need to have more control over members and memberships..I've been a member over 5 year and manager of the Ross-Osage gym pulled all the 35 pound plates and many members have repeatedly ask for him to bring them back, stubbornly he replies no because someone didn't rack it after using them so we are all paying the price.... more
Gold's is always a pleasure to work out at. Great facility, good equipment and friendly staff. They sanitize regularly..Many staff member are incredibly rude to patrons. This is astonishing since we are paying for them to have jobs.... more
Great gym to workout in while in town. Dumbbells up to 150 lb and things you don't see often in gyms anymore like 100 lb plates and a donkey calf machine. It's a small gym but I was there on a Sunday and were only a couple people inside.... more
