I really enjoyed Gold's Gym while I was going. The classes are fun and the staff is helpful. HOWEVER, when it comes to paying for the membership, it is a mess. Because of their miscommunication I have somehow ended up with an outstanding balance and a ton of extra fees. I was never contacted by them by phone, voicemail, email, or physical mail. Today I received a call out of nowhere from ASF Payment Solutions. After trying to explain the situation on the phone with the girl for 30 minutes, nothing was resolved, and I am still left at fault for their miscommunication.
Also, there is no way to pay out an outstanding balance. I was informed today you can't cancel your contract until it is paid, meaning if you don't have money for the insane fees they tacked on, your account will just keep adding up. Very dissatisfied.
