Nice place to workout. Avoid busy hours to get on machines you want.. When I tried to cancel my membership they wouldn't let me. Even with it being a no contract agreement I was told I would have to pay a charge or continue paying until it had been a year from my initial sign up.... more
Gold's is always a pleasure to work out at. Great facility, good equipment and friendly staff. They sanitize regularly.. Many staff member are incredibly rude to patrons. This is astonishing since we are paying for them to have jobs.... more
Dr Jeff & his staff are wonderful! They have taken very good care of me since my car accident in September. Everyone is really nice and they really care about your well being. I would recommend Dr Jeff to anyone who needs serious care or just a regular tune-up.... more

Local administrators need to have more control over members and memberships.. I've been a member over 5 year and manager of the Ross-Osage gym pulled all the 35 pound plates and many members have repeatedly ask for him to bring them back, stubbornly he replies no because someone didn't rack it after using them so we are all paying the price.... more
What is the max capacity of this gym? It's ridiculous how packed it is. It's great for how cheap it is, but at certain times of the day all the equipment is taken up. I can never get anything done when I'm there.... more
A nice and affordable way to have fun, great for birthdays and parties. there is a faint smell of chlorine since this was once a pool, and now a smell of rubber from the rubber matting surrounding the trampolines.... more
Very nice and clean facility. Large selection of Precor equipment for all types of lifts. Spacious workout areas with plenty of free weights. It is very well lit and secure. Staff is polite and acknowledges each person that enters the facility.... more
Awesome courts. Friendly staff and great service.. Courts are nice, that is about it. There is no where to sit for anyone. The facility is apparently more concerned about having security to check for people bringing in food than to be able to provide seating for the people paying to watch their kids play.... more
