Nice place to workout. Avoid busy hours to get on machines you want.

When I tried to cancel my membership they wouldn't let me. Even with it being a no contract agreement I was told I would have to pay a charge or continue paying until it had been a year from my initial sign up. The other way to cancel membership is they charge you for the remaining months before they stop charging you. When you sign up the take your bank routing number. Now I know why. I had changed my card number to avoid charges that I no longer wanted. And two months charges still went through on my card. I've had to call my bank put stop payment on the business and dispute the charges. The gym itself is great. Equipment is great condition. Locker rooms are spacious and clean. I just no longer wanted to go to the gym. Other than having a time trying to cancel, it is a great gym.

I have been a member for the last 6 months. With a good experience until now. Signed my wife up as a gift for the black card monthly membership. A week later my job changed and we are moving out of the country and needed to cancel the membership. Went to talk with the manager and they were really helpful in getting things sorted out with our membership. Thanks guys for all the help and providing an overall wonderful gym experience.

I have been a member a long time. I had some health issues and took a break for a while but after cardiac rehab, I'm back. I love the place. Just yesterday I took my husband with me and we couldn't figure out the TV/headphones. The employee was so polite and helpful.

I loved being able to go anytime I liked. They have more than enough equipment to get the job done. I stopped going for a while but definitely on my way back

So the exercise is great, but the tanning sucks. First off there is only 1 working stand up bed. Not really good. Second off, this is the second time I have signed in and there has been like a 3-5 minute wait. Again, ok as I can do the massage chairs for 5 minutes or the hydromassage for 5. But this is the second time they have given the bed to someone after me. Bc they forgot, even though my name is there and not highlighted like they do when someone is done. Both times it has happened on a Saturday. So maybe I would train your Saturday staff better, bc they are terrible.

The atmosphere at PF is not intimidating and people, like me, feel comfortable working out at their desired pace without worrying about others around them. Everyone at PF wants the same things ...no judgement and the opportunity to become healthier.

Nice equipment. Unfortunately, nearly every time I walk into this gym, I have to wait 20-30 minutes for machines to be freed up. My one hour workout usually turns into a 2 - 3 hour ordeal full of waiting. The long wait periods aren't ideal for physical results, and if I don't have 2-3 hours, I have to skip my workout for the day. If I had any idea before hand, I definitely wouldn't have signed the year contract. Disappointed to say the least.

Great staff, great location. Ditch the gimmicky pizza and bagels though...it doesn't promote a healthy lifestyle. Do a smoothie or veggie night instead. You don't need the gimmicks!

Awesome atmosphere, clean facility and overall amazing customer service. Its great that I can work out and just be myself, regardless if I'm groovin to a good song or quietly grunting (lol) while pushing out that last rep.

Great staff. They constantly have someone cleaning the equipment. This one has dumbbellsll that go up to 75 lb and a leg press machine

Love planet fitness! A place you can go and NOT be judged! They have wonderful trainers even for people recovering from surgery! The equipment is beautiful and clean! And the price is VERY affordable! Love you planet fitness!

Clean and always available, 24/7. Staff available if you need them, but everything is pretty much straight forward. I use the basic membership and get everything I need. Parking is never a problem. Changing rooms, showers and bathrooms are always well maintained. Machines are available and I never experienced an unreasonable wait. Free weights area has ample benches and weights for all. My usual hours are late evenings or 4am so I am very satisfied.

Staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Equipment is pretty nice, it does take several weeks to repair if needed. Really like the 30 minute room; however, the rest of gym uses and it's frustrating compromising your workout. Spoke to management and to my knowledge nothing has changed. But have decided, it's what you get for 14.08 per month.

It's a decent gym for $10 a month. It doesn't have free bench press weights. It's kept clean and the changing rooms are in good condition.
