My daughter has ADHD and they are patient with her and know how to grab her attention. She loves going to gymnastics every week and the coaches remember her name & make her feel special! We love it here!.... more
We are going into our third season at Rival and we love it! When my daughter started she had zero skills, she has came a long way with the help and positivity of her coaches! I would definitely recommend giving this gym a chance before you take someone else word ;).... more
John is skilled and talented at Rolfing. He did more to reduce my chronic hip pain in one session than so many other types of treatments combined! Subsequent sessions are proving to promote the shift toward consistent pain-free movement and full body range of motion with ease.... more

My teen daughter and I were checking out a few local gyms to join but this one will definitely not be the one. Staff is unfriendly and never did mention that the 3day guest pass had to be used consecutively, so when we returned later that week Juan was irritated and rude to us.... more
I'm in this club maybe once or twice a year. They have working Concept2 rowing machines which was both rare and a surprising nicety . The exercise areas were clean, but the bathrooms needed work.... more
This is a clean, friendly, and well stocked gym, as well as the cheapest membership in the area! The trainers and the staff is attentive and always ready to help. The atmosphere here is very conducive, with a lot of machine or treadmills.... more

Joined on January 15th. More times than not, the showers have no hot water. When asking the lady at the front about it she said that's odd cuz she rarely has complaints. However I know thats a lie because I attend the aquafit class and others have stated how getting a hot shower is a hit and miss.... more
Staff was very nice and helpful. We were on vacation and I went in with my boyfriend to get a guest pass. All the equipment is nicely racked and it has a great variety of machines. Locker rooms and bathrooms are clean as well.... more
I started out at Sokol when I was 8 years old and a level 5 gymnast. While there were many coach changes when I was younger which could've set me back a little, now sokol has experienced coaches that were able to successfully get me to my goal of being a level 10 gymnast by my junior year of high school.... more

The manager was rude when I requested for a free pass, and he refused to give me a free pass for no reason. Last Saturday, I had a tour of the gym with my friend, but we did not know we can ask for a free pass on the day.... more
Update - the gym moved to a tiny location with no showers and no childcare. The move ruined my fitness routine and the whole feel of the gym. I no longer go to the gym and would not recommend it for anyone that needs to bring kids to the gym or hopes to catch a shower after a workout.... more
