Staff was very nice and helpful. We were on vacation and I went in with my boyfriend to get a guest pass. All the equipment is nicely racked and it has a great variety of machines. Locker rooms and bathrooms are clean as well

The nicest 24 Hour Fitness in the area. It's big, clean very clean and the staff is very helpful and nice. If you wanna get started on your fitness journey, pay the place a visit!

The gym is adequate, but there is always a freaking class going on in the group ex room. So annoying. Ive been to this particular branch at 4am, 5am, 6am, 7am,8am 12noon, 3pm, 5pm. There is ALWAYS some class. Much rather go to any other 24hr fitness but it's the closest one next to the hospital where I work. I would understand if these classes had many people but there is usually 3-5 people per class. So annoying.

I like coming to 24 hour fitness especially in the wintertime it is warm here it certainly gives you a variety I also like to have these options in swimming and case of technical issues or if the heater is not working at other facilities the staff there was certainly pleasant when I was going to get A gym membership and very helpful they were also very informative with paperwork

I have had my membership since before 2000 and it is a shame they just act like we get your dues and service is non-existent! Equipment is getto and then they do nothing to even keep their teachers either. I love some of the teachers and they find better paying jobs because clubs do nothing to stay competitive! 24 has become complacent as opposed to evolve to keep from coming extinct!

great gym is always clean, but could use some updating .. specially cardio machines and some other areas, but club is always clean. I like the location is near to my house. overall is good.

Good gym overall. Sometimes too busy. Kids club is full at times. Classes are generally good. Amenities are sufficient, such as a pool area with sauna and spa, plentiful variety of barbell and dumbell benches and squat racks and more.

This gym is always DIRTY!!!!!! A disease waiting to happen. They literally never clean this place. Bathrooms are a walking infection. Machines never work. Dirty dirty dirty. And horrible smell.

Great facility but as a newbie felt staff could've been more helpful. Instead focus was on selling me a personal trainer.

I like this 24hr. I've been working out for year, at numerous gyms and this is one of the better ones. Its usually pretty clean, has a pool, sauna, steam room and kids daycare. Some times the day care is full but rarely have I had to wait over 15 min to get in. One of the larger 24 hrs around. Only one squat rack but they have a set of 4 racks you can use. One of the only 24hrs I've been to with round weights for olypmic style lifting.

This place needs a upgrade of staff's customer service! Theses folks swear that they have top trainers but at least (5) needs to get in better shape before waving down others at the doors . And what's up with the broken down treadmills and elliptical machines??? Man, this place not worth the half of my $100 bill, believe that!!!

This location is ok. It was really dirty and some of the customers were really gross in the pool, steam area. They should add a Zumba class. The classes that are described as Zumba are not really taught as described. The instructors just do what ever they want and do not even follow the description.

The gym it self is nice but it is poorly Maintaned the men's locker room always has closed toilets, when it is getting cleaned the locker room closes for 30 minutes in the middle of the day

I don't like the excessive foam in the water of the hot tub/spa. It's always this way, and it's gross. The rest of the gym and the pool and locker rooms are okay.

I have hard time finding a working machine, also they're rusted and disgusting. Bathrooms are gross, seems never cleaned. Steam room is down most of the time. I liked Planet Fitness way more, I switched to 24 hr fitness thinking such an expensive gym would have better services but I was wrong. I DO NOT recommend this place to any one...

Can not recall a time when at least 2-3 stair climbers and 4-5 tread mills are shut down for repair or simply not working at all. Membership doesn't seem to be a problem and price increases are regular so it's baffling why the equipment isn't maintained or...here's a novel idea...replaced with new equipment. Like this gym and have been a member for years, but I'm now actively looking for a gym with decent equipment. Enough is enough.

Great gym. Great people very clean all the time but they get you with the contract if your the type of person that does not work out routinely do not sign up here it's way to expensive go to planet fitness so much cheaper and you can get just as fit on your own time as well.

24 hour fitness used to be my favorite club. But it seems they are charging more and more for ridiculous stuff that they leave out telling you whenever you actually sign up. When I signed up two months ago, I was told to write down one or two preferred Guest their name and information so that if I chose to bring them to the club they would have it already. All right cool sounds great I'll write it down. Now two months later I want to bring my boyfriend, he's went with me once before around the time I signed up. Two months later I call up there to ask if there was something that could be brought up to the front for him to sign form for the work out with me since he's only home for one day and he goes back to the oil field. Then they proceed to tell me it's $20 if he's already been there before. I definitely was not told this whenever I was told I can write down preferred Guest like it's a welcome to invite. What the hell they want almost a month of due for one single work out as a guest.

Great place to work out. Has good equipment that is well maintained. Can be busy in the evening but I'm usually able to use all the equipment i need without having to wait.

I am disappointed at how many treadmills are in need of work.. the maintenance man is super friendly & quick to address issues that he can.
I feel as if the corporate company, is just not budgeting enough to keep equipment in best working order :(
