I stopped coming here back in 2014 when I left for the Marine Corps.I just started back here in December . The GM Vic hired an amazing staff including but not limited to Cameron, Pedro, Miss Emelda, and Kevin. Very friendly to new comers and the regulars and everyone in between.

After reading all the reviews, I decided to give Victor (general manager) and the club itself a chance. I looked around and even at 5pm it looked clean, not too crowded and all the machines worked. He recently took over and is really trying hard plus he LISTENED to what I had to say. Melanie (sp?) was amazing and very helpful, too. Just bought a membership and will update / edit in a month.

I highly enjoy working out here during the week! The staff is always friendly and values any concerns that I might have (if any). Yes, the equipment is older, the interior has aged, but that does not take away from the fact that this location is convenient and provides everything I need for my daily workout.

Handicap shower is pathetic on space. Water goes out more like a hose than a shower. No privacy. The curtain had one ring on one end and a piece of wire on the other. Cannot aim the showerheads. The showers that are supposed to have doors have nothing. Lockers are 50 cents or bring your own. But the 50 cent lockers in the men's are disabled.

Hard to keep clean, but sanitation needs to become priority here! Dust no worries, sweat, mold, etc not acceptable for health reasons. Parking lot needs attention too. Ghetto people throw trash everywhere here!

Very poor customer service and poor gym. Out of all of the other locations in the Fort Worth area this one is the worst. Very dirty, poor lighting, and very small. Would not come back.

[UPDATE] 6/12/2018 - So there has been immense improvement since my last update. Soon after my last post they had a new overnight employee that was much better than the previous. They were actually present for starters. The place has been a little cleaner as well. For the last four weeks I had not been in much due to business trips etc. I went in this morning and there is another new overnight employee but when I walked in probably 95% of the weights were reracked! It was incredible. I also noticed over the weekend that they purchase more carabiners and added zip ties to them so they could not be removed and misplaced, lost, or stolen. So needless to say I am beginning to see some improvements here. The only thing that really sticks out to me now is the water fountains are extremely dated and sometimes so not work well and one of them sounds like the motor is about to give out. But vast improvement nonetheless.
I go to this gym anywhere from four to six days a week. You are probably wondering why I only gave out three stars. Well, it is the most convenient to my home. But the equipment is not maintained, it is typically hot in this gym, and it is one of the smaller 24s around. When my schedule allows, I go to another location.
UPDATE 12/21/17 - Well this club continues to go downhill. Just check out the photos of the person sleeping when I show up at the gym or the video of where I can't even log into the system because the employee evidently is sleeping in the break room. Sure I go in early in the morning to call those filthy the weights are not right there is no employee available and again there are people sleeping there. I reached out to corporate never heard from anyone even though they told me I would I will be canceling my membership after the new year.

Absolutely dirty and disgusting. Staff never cleans, rack weights, or handles troublesome individuals/groups; sometimes they are nonexistent on the floor or building. Maintenance does their best to keep up with the idiots constantly breaking equipment. I only go there because sometimes it is convenient. Would NEVER recommend anyone to go there.

Ryan is awesome and i feel amazing after working with him today! Gave amazing tips to help my lower back pain with different stretches i can do and i am super excited to be able to start getting myself into the way i want to be again. I cant wait to be able to look in the mirror and actually love seeing what it shows

Same lights are out as a few weeks ago.... gym is dark and dirty.... equipment is not well maintained.... cmon 24.... keep it up or shut it down...

Signed up for a three day guest pass to work out with my fiance and try the gym out to see which gym we'd stick with since I have LA Fitness. After signing up we called to make sure someone would be there to activate it for us and that i could get in since it was late, which they were and we were told to come on in. After coming in and filling out all of the computer information i was denied access because i didn't have my ID. Neither email nor the website advised me to bring ID. And neither did she when we spoke to her, Bibi, on the phone. If this is required you guys need to put that in your communications. Needless to say we've cancelled and are going with LA Fitness.

Standard 24 hour fitness. Filthy gym. Filthy locker room. Nobody can be an adult and rack their weights. Unfriendly staff. If another chain opens a gym closer to me I will close my account here in a heartbeat.

I've been going there for five years. It has been on a bobsled run to hell the past six months.

Showers with mold on the curtains
Showers are lukewarm
I've complained three different times with no result. It's close to me so I hate to leave, but I'm tired of the less than sanitary conditions.

I'm just there to swim laps in the pool. Many people walk laps. It is chest-neck deep the entire length 25 Yards. Temp is very consistent mid 80's.

Really friendly staff, great location and of course the hours. I mean, it's 24 hour fitness so that goes without saying. Decent prices on in house fitness products. The machines are clean, and they are repaired promptly when they go down. Locker rooms are cleaned well from my experience. The pool looks good, but I rarely use it.

Went as a Guest late in the evening and it wasn't bad. Wasn't as fancy as LA Fitness, but they have their own problems. Locker rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Not sure if I'll choose or not.

This gym is dirty!!!!
They do have a lot of machines but most machines are just old!
You can't really workout that much because most of the members are sitting on machines and texting,,, some just standing there and talking,,,,,,
My husband already paid his membership for two years so I have no choice for now and just wait till it's done,,,,,,, after that I'm going back to my old gym;)

I just joined but the things I have noticed are: polite, helpful staff, down to Earth athletes, people of all different types, sizes, activity levels, and ages working out. The locker room in the female area is pretty dirty, but I live so close I don't bother using it.

I am a satisfied customer. It seems to have all I need. I like the local manager and think she is doing a great job. The equipment I use is well maintained. There is a lot of equipment I do not use but I see others using. It must be ok. Even have a kid's room.
One time I thought I had lost a phone there. They went all out trying to help me find it. That made the difference. There is plenty of equipment, a nice pool, a wet sauna, a steam sauna and a dry sauna. The dressing room is fine, at least for the side I know, the men's room.

I only used the treadmill, it worked, usually im searching for one that isn't broken at the other locations, locker room is kept up, curtains are all in place, this is one of the nicer ones for sure.
