Not sure why there are bad reviews. Place smelled nice, front desk was super helpful. Everything was great. Comfy clean rooms/beds. The balcony was cool.

Had to cancel my 2 week stay. Business owner does not reinvest into his rooms at all. Old, dirty appearances that makes it look like a Brooklyn basement. Great customer service though. But you gotta have both to please me. Did not feel safe, not even when Police station being next to the place. Gave it 2 stars because of the great ladies in the front desk.

The hotel is old, the decor and dingy aesthetics doesn't meet Marriott's standards by a long shot. But my biggest complaint is the smell of urine in the rooms, we stayed for two nights once before a flight once when we landed. The first room smelled like feet the second urine. The only reason I am giving the 2 stars is because the people who work here have been friendly, professional, and helpful. It's a shame they don't spiff up the hotel because because they have a great team of employees at this location, it's the actual hotel and rooms that are so perfectly horrific.

The Courtyard by Marriott North Charleston Airport/Coliseum is a great hotel that is conveniently located in the middle of everything in the Charleston area including the airport and interstates 26 and 526. This location is easy to get to from just about anywhere in Charleston. I like that there is a movie theater withing walking distance and the swimming pool area is good. This hotel is great for business purposes as there is plenty of open spaces and meeting rooms to have meetings and get work done. The staff here is amazing and does everything that they can to make sure that guests have what they need at all times. This hotel is well managed and run and offers a consistent and quality stay that is dependable.

Nice, comfortable hotel. Movie theater and Red Lobster within walking distance. Seems to be centrally located; within driving distance to attractions. Airport shuttle provided.

The waterfront location is excellent for proximity to Downtown, shops and restaurants. Rooms are large and comfortable. There is an exercise facility with a pool. I would choose to stay again at this location on my next visit.

I have not one complain room 109 I stayed there it was very clean the housekeeper was amazing the house man was amazing the the tub in the shower was amazing the body wash as shampoo de condition was amazing everything was so amazing and I enjoyed my stay and I will be coming backlo

The hotel was solid for an airport hotel. We got a sizable king suite, that while a bit outdated provided a lot of room. A couple of disappointments about the hotel were: 1) No bottles of water, and when I went to the front desk I was charged $3 for a small Dasani. Not a huge deal, but a bit annoying as an elite member. As an elite member at multiple hotel chains, it is extremely rare to not get bottled water in the room or at the front desk when requested. 2) Front desk made it difficult to schedule our airport shuttle. After multiple attempts I finally got them to schedule it for a convenient time rather than 30 minutes before or after we needed. 3) Installed conditioner pump in the shower was empty 4) I requested a high level floor as usual and was put on the ground floor for the first time in 200+ Marriott/SPG nights All in all, probably deserves 3 stars but the room was spacious and the shuttle driver was an awesome and very nice guy so I bumped it to 4.

The hotel location is great. It's close to local restaurants and shopping. There is a bistro in the hotel but it seems a bit pricey. They do not offer a continental breakfast here, which is important to me. The staff has been friendly. Overall, I've enjoyed my stay.

I went home to visit my son and while there they was getting ready for Charleston Air Force Air Show. Absolutely, had a great stay here and everyone was very Courteous pleasant and polite. Although I will come downstairs to look at TV and drink coffee the TV would go out but other than that everything was great. I didn't go there to look at TV, went to enjoy the sites in air show. The hotel was clean and the door and drinks where awesome!
One of the front counter people his name was Keenan i stop to talk about Charleston and things to do. He was very pleasant we talked for a great deal about him and about each others family and he was very very enjoyable to talk tooo.
The other ladies front desk ladies at the hotel is well and the manager who was checking the rooms she was very pleasant and the housekeeper's they were all very pleasant and make my stay wonderful.
When ever I have to go back home I would stay at this Courtyard again.
Thank you Courtyard for a great stay!

Terrible experience when someone tried to break into your car and rips your door handle off and then the hotel tells you they have zero security in place! It's 2018 how does a hotel not have any security to help keep you and your belonging safe!

The room is a little small and the food, while decent wasn't the best in the world but I am definitely enjoying my time here and will likely return for an overnight stay instead of just the event space next time.

Just not up to par with other courtyards. Place is dirty and in need of renovation. Very expensive when compared to other hotels in the area.

I went here for a work off-site. The staff was very helpful and the environment was refreshing. There's a beautiful area outside to sit by the pool and firepit. Our event went well and the provided food was good.

Your basic recently renovated courtyard. You can tell it's not new but they tried to update. Front desk didn't give me breakfast vouchers at check-in even tho they are included with my gold status.

Very nice front counter service, also rooms are very spacious and nice. Big living room/Sleeping area. One plus also was it is in a very convenient location close to wal mart, Ranger outlets and few places to eat.

Great hotel. A little tough finding but once you figure out the layout it's a wonderful place to stay. The staff was very informative and accommodating. Highly recommend! !

Conveniently located next to the theater and shopping. There are many restaurants nearby as well. The rooms are due for an upgrade. Lot of three interior is very old style. It is very clean though. Room was smaller than expected.

Clean and comfortable room! Friendly and accommodating staff. The food was also delicious at the on-site restaurant and bar (I upgraded to the Breakfast for Two package)!
