Awesome gym. Everyone was super friendly and the instructor Daniel was great.. Short visit for a couple of weeks from Australia. This place was super inviting and welcoming. Since I was working, I just did the beginners classes and these were good, nice warm up, good basics.... more

I love the variety of classes offered -pilates Barre, Foundation, Bodyflow,Yoga. All classes accommodate your level of ability. Love it's of machines available also. Great gym and friendly place.... more
