I love the variety of classes offered -pilates Barre, Foundation, Bodyflow,Yoga. All classes accommodate your level of ability. Love it's of machines available also. Great gym and friendly place.

Great family gym where the facility is very clean and up to date! The staff are super friendly and helpful. They seem to take a personal interest in people. Definitely worth a try!
Have been a member at this location for many years now. The location is very convenient for me and this gym has everything that I need. Lots of good cardio equipment, free weights, and weight machines. Also - great yoga, pilates, etc classes. And the staff is very friendly! Great gym!!

So many great classes! The equipment is well cared for and there's a big selection to choose from! Plus showers and childcare!

I have been a member of this gym since Columbia Athletic closed. It has a great variety of classes as well as exercise equipment downstairs and upstairs. The staff is energetic and interested in the client. Compared to other gyms in town this gym has the most variety for the best price.
An inviting gym with great access, prices, and people. Never too crowded and a great mix of ages. Almost any workout option you can think of with plenty of cardio, free weights and classes. Not the most up to date gym in town, but it has that feel like you belong.
I love stronghold! We go here for the lessons with Tamela, she is amazing and really knows her stuff and will work with you at whatever physical level you are at. Go check out her pilates class Monday nights.
