Great practice with good instruction and atmosphere. Provided modifications to make poses easier or harder as desired..Great teachers, the sense of community its so warming and classes help you to develop mindfulness.... more

Great teachers, studio has a good vibe..Over the past several years, I have tried several types of exercises - everything from running, spinning, kick boxing, etc. Of all the types, I have never felt stronger, leaner and more fit like i do from almost 3 months of Core Power Yoga.... more

What a really great place. The vibe is excellent, the staff is welcoming, the instruction was flawless , and the hot room was top notch. I very highly recommend this place! My only minor observation is that the rental towels only cover about 2/3 of the mat.... more
I went to a jazz show at this spot it was a pleasant experience for the most part, I really don't know about their services it was my first time there..I had a wonderful yoga session with Miss Kind 5 stars would definitely recommend.... more
Seems to be permanently closed at this location. I was one of 3 people who paid and showed up for the first flight class this morning. The studio was closed, the name is scraped off the mail box, there are loops on the ceiling but no slings/hammocks.... more
