Great teachers, studio has a good vibe.
Over the past several years, I have tried several types of exercises - everything from running, spinning, kick boxing, etc. Of all the types, I have never felt stronger, leaner and more fit like i do from almost 3 months of Core Power Yoga. The class provides a perfect mix of cardio, strength and core. It gives you a little bit of everything and to the beat of an awesome music mix. The teachers and everyone in the class are so encouraging and welcoming which makes it even better. I never thought i would say that i "look forward" to working out but that's what happens when you join Core Power Yoga!
Great Studio with big locker rooms, Regina teaches a mean sculpt class - definitely not one to miss. Look for the sign on the door to the left of the main entrance - go downstairs!
I am a beginner, but the way the classes are structured am able to keep up. They also clearly have people who are advanced in their practice attending classes. I find it amazing how they can cater to both groups! I felt welcome, the studios are clean, and overall look forward to class and how my body is both challenged and cared for during the time spent at CPY.

I took C1 for well over a year until I built my strength and confidence. Love every class especially C2 with Melissa and Cass and Yoga Sculpt with Bri and Josie!

Studio doesn't smell nice. Occasionally heat has been turned up so high that people said they felt they might pass out.
The staff at this location (as with most CPY studios) is extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. The environment was clean and well kept. What I liked most is that each of the C2 instructors had a really unique variation and challenge with their flows. Highly recommend taking Sarah Ra and Melissa's classes!

I loved my visit to this CorePower location, but was only there temporarily while I was in town.
That place is so good, instructors are very skilled and always helpful. The fitting room is a little bit small though.
Loved Cass as a teacher! She was so hands on and her cues were so precise. I knew what I should be doing the whole time even though I'm brand new to yoga. Left feeling so peaceful and relaxed.
Took my first ever yoga class here and I'm so glad I did. It was a great experience and the instructor really helped me learn the positions. If you are a beginner definitely check out these classes and you will be hooked.

Highly recommend for a stress reliever. Kimberly, Lindsay, and Madeline are incredible instructors and I would highly recommend any class they teach. Location is great, centrally located in the city.
I love Corepower the class offerings are amazing no other studio has as many classes throughout the day. The classes are a great workout!
Good variety of classes. Awesome and efficient teacher training program. Friendly and helpful staff. This is one of the only yoga studios in Philly that has showers!
I am in my 50s (ok, old guy) and I really love this place. I started of a real beginner and have lots to learn, but I feel right at home. Just keep at it, the flexibility comes and is worth the work!
