Took my buddy bouldering here when we were in town for the day, nice place, the bouldering grades are very soft so just keep that in mind. Not that it really matters in the first place, but if you've been to other gyms you might be surprised by the level you can climb at here.... more

I have been working out at 405 since they have been in Norman. I love the group of people that I workout with. The workouts are challenging but everyone encourages one another and they coaches are very accommodating to anyone that has restrictions and will find a alternative exercises that people can do if they are not able to perform a specific movement for that day.... more

The Silver Strength Class is the best class I've taken. Although I've continually been in exercise programs throughout my life, I wasn't in the shape I wanted to be. At the same time, many of the classes with mixed ages wasn't satisfying and often too hard.... more

I have the preferred membership, however the manager of the gym told me to my face that he would not honor the contract involved in the membership as I am no longer able to bring a guest or use many of the facilities I pay for.... more
They continued charging me several months after I had cancelled. Staff passed the buck to a customer service hotline. There are so many negative reviews here for a reason.. Only used the parking lot.... more
