Excellent teacher- the class really pushes you to your limits and has a great atmosphere. Classes are small but allow for great instruction.. I have been to many martial arts schools I enjoy this one alot more then the others because you get a well rounded martial arts background and the skills and confidence to defend yourself if the situation presents itself I highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in taking marital arts... more
