Looking to release stress, clear your mind, or just sweat? Toledo yoga is the place to be! Toledo yoga has an amazing team of instructors.
I have never been to a yoga class before Toledo Yoga. Everyone is very welcoming and you can kind of go at your own pace. I wish they had more classes in the evenings since I work until 7pm (sometimes 8pm) almost every week night. I'm avoiding the hot yoga classes until I feel more comfortable with the poses and can keep up better. Most of the night classes are hot yoga unfortunately. I also wish they would hold a class once a month (maybe Sunday?) for beginners to show them how to correctly do the poses. I know it's not about doing them perfectly but I don't want to injure myself either! Overall, I really like this place and think I will continue to come here.
The community and family environment is by far the foundation of Toledo Yoga. From day one, everyone has been very inviting, friendly and helpful. I have the advantage of having a fantastic yogi as my wife, but with still being new to yoga classes, I was very skeptical of my ability and how I would be received within the classes. The staff eliminated that doubt from me immediately, they truly are a fabulous group of instructors! Everyone has gone out of their way to help and support (literally in the wheel pose) my development and understanding of the moves and breathing techniques. I really have enjoyed my time at Toledo Yoga, I'm looking forward to my continued journey practicing yoga and I will definitely recommend Toledo Yoga to others.

lots of classes to choose from, delightful knowledgeable staff & the yoga room is and looks how a yoga studio should; probably best yoga studio in Toledo
I have never loved a yoga studio the way I love Toledo Yoga. There are so many classes offered and each and every class I have attended has left me feeling fulfilled. The teachers are all kind and welcoming and have such lovely presences. The Toledo Yoga community is the best I have found and I feel so lucky to have practiced there.

Very professional, I liked the environment a lot and the staff were all very nice. The classes are challenging but everyone can go at their own pace so it's good for all levels. Very inspiring

Toledo Yoga is my favorite studio in Toledo. You will be greeted with a smile every time you walk in the front door! I love the variety of classes and chill atmosphere...I know that no matter the quality of my mood or how my muscles feel before class, I will always feel better afterwards!

They have all styles of yoga available!!!!!
All of the instructors have different things to offer and they are all great at what they do. I recommend trying different types of classes with different instructors, there is something to learn from all of them.
