Small intimate classes. Beginners or more advanced. This is about the yoga, not about a workout. Wonderful way to feel more focused and gain some ease of movement back.

Nicole is an excellent yoga instructor. She is very warm and makes you feel very comfortable immediately. I highly recommend her classes.
