My experience with Fast Fit Now in Gahanna far exceeded my expectations. The lipo-light sessions were very relaxing. I received a good amount of improvement in the areas I sought help for, areas that have always been very resistant to reducing with just a matter of weight loss and regular exercise. The usage of the paddles in the specific areas did the trick. I am pleased that my level of muscle increased and level of fat decreased. It was very helpful to follow the good suggestions that went along with the sessions. I especially appreciated the holistic approach. I used the teas, supplements and essential oils which helped in detoxifying and worked well with the benefits of the machines. I had an increase in energy and better sleep with the supplements. I am continuing to use the supplements after my sessions have ended. To top it off, I was so pleased having two of the nicest and most caring people, Michelle and Jackie, to help me at each session They helped me feel very comfortable and at ease. I'm very happy I made the decision to find out if this could help me. I couldn't be happier with the results and that I decided to give it a try. M.G.
