I used to not mind planet fitness, except I've been trying to end my membership. I moved away from my home club and now I can either change clubs and get charged for another month because of "policy", drive two hours to my home gym and end in person because of "policy", or write a letter and mail it? This is rediculous, they'll take my money so easily online but act like its impossible to push a button and end a membership. Way to take advantage of people. I'll never go back to Planet Fitness.

I like PF and the amenities. They need to publicize their personal trainer more. You really dont know this person is available to assist because you never see her.

This is not the closest location to my house but I drive further as I really like the equipment and layout of the gym. Staff is pretty nice. Only thing that bothers me is that I like to work out in the 30 minute rooms, and people are seriously not wiping the equipment down after they use them, and it is not being enforced at all by staff. As someone who works in healthcare, it's gross. Hence, the 3 star rating. Otherwise, it would be a 5 star. I, literally, have to wipe the equipment in the express rooms, use them, then wipe them off again.

Jordan is amazing. He sees you walking up in the parking lot and calls you out by name as you walk in the door. Great customer service!!! Thank you Jordan.

Crazy busy late night, don't do it. Mid day is best, 11 am or 1pm are best times to go and not run into everyone you know. 8pm is rush hour

My favorite location! Tanning beds are clean, the gym itself is cleaned and maintained, the staff is extremely friendly, nice, and has amazing customer service skills! Best location around!

They have all the equipment and space I need, however the facility is not as clean as it could be. It is evident the building is not swept or dusted as much as it needs to be. Also, their playlists repeat the same songs over and over again. I once heard the same two songs three times each within an hour of being there.

The Gahanna ohio location needs more dumbbells in different areas! The 1 weight rack in the corner is too packed to just have 1 set of weights. The whitehall location has at least 2 sets of weights, if not 3. One in front of the treadmills & 1 in the cardio room and the whitehall gym is smaller than Gahanna's : /

I love the facility and the equipment offered however I have a bone to pick with the sanitation of the machines. I often notice people not cleaning up their puddles of sweat when they are done with the machines. This leaves a disgusting white film on the equipment. When I brought this up to staff they said I was not ALLOWED to approach individuals to ask them to clean the machines they used previously. I understand this is a "judgement free zone" however this is impacting the overall sanitation of the equimment. Would have earned a 5 star but sanitation and problem solving is a must for any gym.

Really do enjoy coming to this place I prefer late night/early morning because I figured there would be more equipment available, overnight staff is cool just a little too laxed when it comes to hitting that lunk alarm on them somolians at night who are constantly slamming weights and mistreating equipment and being loud which that bothers me, no self control whatsoever and it can be quite frustrating, I go to the gym to train and to get a peace of mind and that's hard to do with all these avoidable shenanigans taking place, hopefully they get more strict overnight and things change but overall to me it's decent and you can't beat it for the price you pay.

It's great to only pay $10 per month but it's sort of a disservice to me. I won't really miss $10 pet month out of my checking account so if I miss 3 or 4 months, it's no big deal. To break it down, it's $2.50 per week.
Sure, I could run around and say I belong to a gym but if I still look the same as when I joined what good does it do?
I also wish there were some sort of training regime that I could've been put on. Something like a blueprint to show me how to work out.

Nice envoronment & clean facility, plenty of paper towels. Biggest fan I've ever seen. Red Light Tan & Vibra Massage of the Total Body Enhancement, Hydro Massage work & feel great. Also have level 3 & 4 tanning. The only thing they don't have is Sauna & Scale.
Management should post signs as a new policy to ask members to be more respectful & mix there drinks in the check in area where the tables are or do it a the sinks, instead of leaving their messes of liquid & powder on the benches in the locker room.
If they leave a mess at least had enough respect to clean it up or ask the employees to clean up there accidents or mishaps wichever they want to call it.
Perhaps they should have a psychologist make up an excuse for them such as they worked out hard or have problems.

Over the last few years, this location seems to continually find exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! Aside from planet fitness' ironic and hypercritical "Judgement Free Zone", this specific location is a great deal at $10/mo. Plant Fitness strives for the status quo and is perfect for someone who just wants maintain their fitness level (for cardio, as dumbbells max out at 75lbs).

This is the best gym I have ever been a member of. It is a relaxed atmosphere and there are very rarely any judgemental people there. I won't say I never feel judged because people are people. No matter what gym you go to, there are going to be those individuals who sneer or silently judge you. For the most part though, this is a great gym. It's always clean and the staff is always courteous.

It's so busy that there isn't even Leg equipment or a treadmill available. This past week I've been 3 times and couldn't even find a parking space, and there were people walking from the Kroger parking lot next door. Nice personnel, nice equipment, but packed from early morning until sometime past 8pm (latest attempt for me)

Great facility. Tanning beds are kept very clean and the equipment is made to have something for everyone no matter your fitness level. It's one of the only gyms I've been to where I don't feel ashamed to be there.

Great planet fitness location, very clean equipment and facility. Staff are helpful and friendly! They have a personal trainer on site for those who want one, and small training classes. There is a full trx gym setup inside as well as other 'station' based workout programs to do in addition to the many weight machines and treadmill equipment.

My first time here from out of state. Warm welcome from the awesome staff! They have everything there!
Including my personal favorite, I call it the cross training area but the actual name is PF 360 it allows for even more to include with your workout like kettle bells and ropes etc.
It's a huge plus for me when locations have this!!
Also, I've started getting into their Total Body Enhancement machine that supposed to help with scaring and even skin tone plus relaxation and a slight shaking motion to help with toning etc.
Definitely something to look more into, I forgot what else they said, I'm running on no sleep so I apologize.
Here's pictures below of it, just image a stand up tanning bed without the tanning aspect.
I kind of wish you could tan as well during it and have it as a opinion, maybe down the road they'll include that!

Would gave 3, because I only had issue with showers, but I buy 2 Gatorades every planet fitness I go to (I'm a truck driver i visit multiple, I buy them when I first get in, so I don't have to swipe twice, I take one when I enter and one on the way out, I let the attendents know, and on way out I mention I done bought the second one, and he says "I don't believe you" not ask for recipt, nothing, straight to I'm wrong he's right, I don't really pull this, but isn't planet fitness supposed to be judgment free?
