Super clean and much better facility around the area. The staff is very professional and a more sizable gym to get a solid life or workout in. There is plenty of equipment and treadmills for cardio as well. Sometimes there is a little wait in peak hours for some machines but overall, excellent place.

Excellent facility! Staff is very knowledgeable and can help quickly of your confused or not a sure what to purchase. Very clean and always a good atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door . Keep up the great work

I love the layout, there's trainers available, message room that I love, there's a work out area for women, it's a nice atmosphere

Nice gym. Staff was good. I can't complain about the bathroom. Closes on the weekend. Come early.

This one is awful. Would not even let me try it for a day, before signing up. I may look like what they stereotype as a "lunk" in reality I am just a 40 something year old guy with a family and a career, trying my best to stay healthy. Perhaps less judging in the judgement free zone! :(

I've been working with a trainer in the Whitehall location her name Is Danielle she is a very awesome lady.she s very patient with members in her classes she want let you give up.. she a great listener targets any area that you request because of her caring and patients I've lost 15pounds.Thanks Danielle your the best!!!

I like the hours. It's clean. Staff is friendly but very young. Lots of playing around when not busy. I guess because it's mostly older people hear, staff shy away from conversations or getting to know the people who comes here. Your pretty much on your own at PF. Hard to make friends or meet a workout buddy here.

It's like Average Joe's gym, opposed to how Gold's or L. A. Is like Globogym... I'm not trying to be the next Arnold. I just want to be a better me and that is much easier when you don't have a bunch of "lunks" hovering around, using up everything

Love Planet Fitness in Whitehall. I have been to many locations including Pickerington, Worthington, Canal & West Broad St. & Whitehall is by far my favorite. The set up of the gym is great, the staff is friendly & helpful, the place is clean & always have full cleaner bottles to clean your equipment (which you're supposed to), as well as the staff are always cleaning too. I am able to bring another person with me every day with them having just an ID too. I get to enjoy the perks of having a black card which saves me a lot of money as well. I've been a member for over 2 years & have lost a total of over 70lbs in 2 months! The only thing I would love to see added is punching bags & the child age limit be lowered to 10 so my athletic daughter could join me. :-)

The Whitehall location equipment very clean and the staff is very helpful. I have been to the Pickerington location same as well. Only thing the Whitehall location showers are more private it's better. The Pickerington location showers only have a shower curtain for privacy. The Whitehall location has doors and shower curtain which gets a super plus for me. Also the Pickerington one I cannot charge my cell phone while working out but the Whitehall one I can. But both Planet fitness places are nice. Whitehall gets 5 stars and Pickerington gets 4 stars because of the shower area and cannot charge my cell phone.

Clean and rare to have to wait for machines. Staff leave you alone so you can exercise. Nice 24 hour Monday thru Friday. They also have a bowl of tootsie rolls at the front desk as a reward for exercising. Yeah!

This is a very cheap gym that has anything a normal person would need. If you're a bodybuilder or an Olympic athlete you may not be impressed, but for most people it's fine. The showers often smell like urine though, so that's kind of gross.
