The BEST place you will ever take a yoga class! But AYC is so much more than just a yoga studio, it's a community ready to welcome everyone, no matter your experience level. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. I've flown from the west coast just to practice here in this amazing space!

I love this place and these people. I travel from Ontario to be here and learn/practice because it is such a special place. The teachers here are knowledgeable, experienced and conscientious about teaching. I know I am in the best, safest place when I walk through those doors.
