I came in recovering from four stress fractures and tendinitis. The idea of CrossFit was intimidating but I really wanted to try it out, I luckily found the best place for this. The coaches were amazing at teaching me all the skills and creating an environment that wasn't intimidating to a newbie. By no means is this a gym for just newbies like me. I felt like I could take the workouts at my own pace, but there were people of all different levels so there's competition of you are looking forward to it. The most important thing about a gym in my opinion is not the trainers, but the people that actually attend classes and workout here. People go out of the way to welcome a newcomer and they create an extremely motivating and energetic environment to workout in. I've been here for a month and went from super unsure to loving going every day. I definitely recommend it and suggest reaching out to the super welcoming staff and experiencing the amazing environment CrossFit Clintonville created.
