The location of OTSY is wonderful for my work week. So convenient to spend 45 minutes once, twice, few times a week centering, balancing, and just letting go of a lot of tension that builds up working in a fast paced environment. The instruction and guidance are superb and I always leave learning something new each time. Kudos to OTSY!!! I recommend a visit to anyone whether you have never practiced yoga before or are an avid yogini ... you will find it at OTSY.
