Nice clean facilities, has more variety in equipment that other PF's I've been to... but I hate they're not open 24/7 or atleast 24 hrs on the weekend. I work nights and its the best time for me to go, which is why I chose PF.

Good place to work out with friendly staff. My only complaint is that this location is only open 24 hours Monday-Thursday.
Fri-Sun this location closes earlier which is tough if you're a 2nd or 3rd shift worker.

The staff are always friendly. Great location if you live in the South part of Columbus. Although at times there are quite a bit of people, I have not had to wait to use any machines or equipment. I like the way the weight machines are organized. I can cover a lot of muscle groups, just going down the line, without feeling like I am overworking any particular area. When I need cardio, I have plenty of options.
They are open Monday 5:00 am through Friday 9:00 pm and then 7:00 am - 7:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. I would like for them to be open 24 hours on my stay awake nights, but that is the only con for this location.

Very disappointed by Planet Fitness on South High Street, so discontinued my account.
There was some discrepancy with my billing on my account which I took care of; I never like to have any discrepancy on my account.
I was misinformed and told to my account was clear last year, so after one year and upon arriving at the Columbus location today I'm informed that there's a late fee from 2018.
Most disheartening part is after talking with the desk person who is very positive the manager was standing right there and never came in and asked if they can look into the matter, so I politely pay the late fee and terminate it my contract with Planet Fitness on South High St in Columbus Ohio.
Maybe the organization felt I was just Joe blow from the streets and they didn't care if I terminated my contract or not!
Go figure!!

This location is clean and friendly staff the personal trainer is excellent Nick he takes time with you and answer questions while showing different excersises to advance your workouts to keep you interested Thank you! This my favorite fitness center

This planet fitness is better than the typical planet fitness! The staff is great, it's extremely spacious for physical workouts and the music selection is excellent. Before signing up, I read reviews because I was skeptical of the location. One woman said that this planet fitness has bed bugs? I'm not sure how it's possible when all of the equipment is made of metal and plastic. They're extremely clean and I could brag about this place for days. Thank you planet fitness!

I had a personal trainer. Worste experience in my life a gym. Did not feel welcoming at all. The one time i had a perosnal trainer. Wouldn't make eye contact with me, i could tell he was uncomfortable with me being gay. He didnt spot me. I had no clue what i was doing as far as weights. He would tell me what to do, and then walk away and go to the front desk. He made me feel so u welcomed. I never came back. I closed my account today...

As far as Planet Fitnesses go it's one of the nicest I've ever seen. Very clean, nice additional options like the 360 area. Plenty of space, well kept and a friendly staff. For $21 a month the Black Card is worth it, you get a girt at any location and access to the black card spa with hydro massage, tanning and more.

I go to this gym just about every day. The staff is friendly and the facility is always clean. The only negative I would say is that when equipment is out of order, it seems to stay that way for a while, but other than that, you can expect a great experience every time.

This Planet Fitness has bed bugs, the owner is aware and against the recommendations of an extermination company refuses to remove infested equipment from the facility. PLEASE LET EVERYONE KNOW. This is dishonest and endangering everyone that comes through the door. The owner is willing to sacrifice the safety of the community to save his bottom line.
Treat the building, get rid of the infested equipment! #DoTheRightThing

I enjoy working out here. The place is always clean. They have plenty of equipment. It is a great value for your money and the exercising experience!!

Can't be beat for $10/month. Clean, working equipment, close to home. The shower curtains are way too small. Might as well not have them at all and I don't like how they have a ton of candy sitting out and often free pizza...i mean, it's a gym. Other than that it is the best bang for the buck.

Everything you need is there for either a quick workout or longer workout. Equipment is always available. No one bothers you, ever. Wish they had a swimming pool and that membership dues could be paid ahead instead of being FORCED to pay by Automatic Debit.

Planet Fitness really is a no judgment zone. I feel relaxed and refreshed after a workout. The machines are modern. The locker room is cleaning. I love the Hydro massage bed!

The staff are always nice and friendly. I go in the am before work and its usually pretty empty, which I enjoy. This place is clean and new. I like the staff, the equipment, the tanning beds, and massage chairs. The only thing i am not a huge fan of is the changing area by the showers, the changing stall is not attached to the shower like most gyms I have been to so you have to move your bag.

The club in general is very clean. I love having access to the amenities. I did however feel as though the staff gave me a little push back about using some of the amenities by stating they won't be available until clean. When I asked when they would be available, the response was "when I get done cleaning them". It made me hessitant about asking the next time I came in.

I go here 4 to 5 days a week normally all the machines are up in running. Good music is playing in the background. I have been to multiple different gyms. This planet fitness by far is my favorite!

They won't let me prepay a year in advance w/ cash. You can only signup by giving permission to do automatic recurring debits from your checking account. I suggest googling, " planet fitness won't let me cancel my membership." Spend some time reading and decide if you want to let them put their hands in your account automatically... I understand everything is going cashless. I get it. You should understand the many horror stories concerning these types of things. FYI you can't pay w/ credit card because consumer protection laws regarding these transactions are in your favor. Maybe you'll never have a problem. Maybe this location is honest. Maybe they should have let me pay in full in advance w/ cash. Maybe I'd be a member...
