Not a huge space, but the equipment and bathrooms are new and very nice. (The bathroom is literally better than mine at home.) Owner responds to requests quickly.
This is a great gym. It has a private feel to it whenever I go and the people are nice when I have questions. It is always very clean too which is very nice.
