I love the yoga here. The community here is so nice. It's very non competitive non comparative, and I learn something new every time I go. Plus it's SO affordable. Check it out!
People are nice, instructors are great. I'm a beginner and they are very accommodating.
I would definitely recommend. The instructors are very attentive, friendly, and provide individual guidance when needed. The owner is often at the studio. He has a genuine passion for yoga and you can tell by interacting with him that he wants to see his customers do well. It's also a small business which I am happy to support.
If you are seeking a downtown Yoga studio give them a try. They offer a "first class free" program which I've used to introduce 5 of my friends to yoga. All 5 friends purchased additional classes and are still attending. Your mind and body will thank you.
Unpretentious...good vibes...varried instruction....good music...creativity and soulfulness flowing out of a warehouse...affordable yoga. recommend a $7/month #CoGo pass - if you park for free downtown for work already like me - to get you to studio without paying again.
