My first impression was a bit overwhelming with the equipment and the students using it, but once I met with my instructor, my apprehension disappeared. I have taken all the classes that are offered - private equipment, group equipment, and mat. I have found that they try to place you in group and mat classes that fit your level -- I have had to be somewhat more flexible with the time(s) that I want to attend, but after going to a class I insisted on, I realized it was best to get help being placed. I have attended other studios in the area and, in my experience, they aren't nearly as clean and the other instructors aren't nearly as professional or well-trained. My biggest suggestion is, if you are a beginner, it's very helpful to take a few private classes to learn the basics and then I've found that you really have to be consistent in your attendance to get the most out of it.
