Dropped in from Boulder Colorado for a noon class with coach Katy. With a class of over 20, Katy had a very strong command of the group, and covered a complicated workout with simple and easy to follow instruction. Katy was able to keep a close eye on all of us and made some quick corrections during the WOD.
I was also fortunate to get an hour session in with their PT specialist - Dr. Mandi. I have chronically tight shoulders and she was able to not only get in there and loosen things up, but gave me a list of about 8-10 exercises I can do at my home gym to keep up the momentum! Mandi also videoed me doing each of the exercises and sent them to me with a description of exactly how do each of them! WOW!
You can just "feel" the quality of the gym through the coaches, the PT work I had done and even the other athletes. As a long-time CrossFitter and world traveler, I would put CFGV right up there with the best gyms I've been too! Thank you Kati and Mandi!! Hope to be back soon!
