The few times I attended the classes were great. After the house fire, I was told by the owner Ms. Mitchum that she would reimburse me for the 6 months of classes that automatically where added to my credit card. I understood that at the time she was being kind because we had had a house fire and we lost a lot of paperwork and lived in a hotel for months. I did not see or remember that it would auto charge my account. The paper sent to my credit card said BILLED MONTHLY until it was canceled. That was not the case, I wasn't billed monthly, the entire 6 months of classes was put on my card and I have a voice message and an email stating it would be credited (the full amount) back to my cc account. It's now 7 months later and nothing has changed. There has been no reimbursed funds or has it been credited back to my account. I, by no means, am saying that I am innocent but the contract does say month to month and I was charged 6 months at one time!
