This is a great neighborhood gym for people serious about getting in shape but not an ideal spot for powerlifters, bodybuilders, and smart phone gazers.

I wanted to like this gym so much but it's honestly just really bad. Equipment is extremely dated, 30+ years old. Gym members regularly leave weights just laying around. It also just has a really weird vibe, which it seems like several other reviewers have pointed out. I recommend you try out one of the other gyms in the area instead.

The lady at the front desk was very sweet...but i am an older woman at 67 and i just wanted to sign up for a gym and instead was hounded and talked at for a half hour very unpleasant experience

The manager harrassed me for a solid 40 minutes when all I wanted was a membership. Blabbing about great deals and never shut up for a minute. Im never going back

Walked in today and was greeted by a flabby old woman trying to sell me stuff like she was a car dealer. Meanwhile, she literally has fat spilling out of her pants and crumbs on her face. Uhhh? Stay away from this place

These are some of the most knowledgable fitness professionals I have met. They have built a team and a system that was ready to met me where I was and guide me in a safe and effective manner to my fitness goals. I would recommend Go Fitness Center to anyone.
One of the best gyms I've ever been to, and I've been to a ton of them. I visited while on vacation. The staff was amazing, they treated me like I have been a member for years. If you are looking for a place to get into amazing shape, have fun and not be treated like just a $$ then this is the place for you! I wish I lived there!
Go Fitness is a great place to get your sweat on! The team is highly knowledgeable and the workouts are even better. I would highly recommend if you want to enjoy your workouts again check out Go Fitness.
GO Fitness is a great place to workout. The trainers are friendly and really know how to deliver a great workout no matter what your fitness level is. It's clean (a huge plus in my book) and I always have a great workout when I go.
If you want a place to walk on a treadmill and literally go nowwhere... this is not the place for you. If you want a crystal clear direction to your fitness goal and a team of highly educated fun, motivating coaches to hold you accountable ... you have to train here... wish I could give 6 stars. GO is the real deal

Not for serious lifters. Has a planet fitness vibe but costs about 4x as much. This gym is for newbies or very casual lifters who could maybe make use of their classes or something

Wonderful gym, great trainers, convenient location. If you want to show off and advertise spandex go somewhere else. This gym is not a showplace, except if you want to train with good equipment, with of without the guidance of good trainers. I like the trainers and I like their philosophy. When I broke an ankle several years ago they suspended my membership and would not let me return without a note from my doctor saying it was safe for me to train again. They worked in coordination with my physical therapist to make sure no one was causing problems. The therapist cancelled her treatment several months early because she was so happy with the work done by Go Fitness. I've been going there for 7 years and plan to continue as long as I am able.
Terrific trainers who are more interested in helping me to meet my goals than separating me from my money. Sound and safe training techniques aimed at long term results. I have been going there for 5 years and continue to love it. Don't come here if you want a showcase window to show off.

I've been a member for about a year now. The staff is very friendly and the membership is really reasonably priced. There is also an option to go month-to-month without a year long contract. I really like it.
