I started going to BBG in July 2019 and it's one of the best decisions I've made for myself. A couple weeks into it and I was wondering why I hadn't started sooner. If you've been thinking about it, do it! Working out in the mornings has helped me better manage stress, improve overall confidence, sleep better and feel stronger. Greg is a great trainer and I like the group setting, everyone is supportive.

I have been working out with Greg for more than three years. I no longer live in pain, my flexibility has improved, my joints stopped hurting, I lost weight, improved my posture. Greg is not only an expert on health and nutrition, he is a great person, who truly cares about each and every one of his client's well being.

Workouts are always unique, effective, and thorough. People of different levels train well together and are sufficiently challenged. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Everyone gets results and go home happy. You'll never know if you don't try. Get in here and see for yourself!

This has been the one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I love working out with Greg and all the good friends I have made from the classes. They keep me motivated and no two days are ever the same.

Greg understands what each of us needs, down to the cellular level, to become strong and healthy. Greg cares for his clients, much like doctors for their patients. Greg is educated and an educator. He is married to his work and YOU are his work. Greg lives by example and follows the nutrition plans he gives us. I'm stronger at 45 years old than I've ever been because I've trained with Greg for the last two years. I want everyone to experience the same level of wellness which I've been lucky enough to experience because of Greg's training and positivity. We are a family at BBG and I'm going to be stronger at 50 than I am now. Greg believes in his clients, even more than we believe in ourselves. Do not hesitate to call him and join us.

I started with Greg in October 2015, as of May 2016 I am down an average of 10 pounds per month. My shirt size has gone from a 3x (Tight) to a lose size 16. I've lost many inches and and I've improved my over all health. Greg has guided me with nutrition, health and dieting advice. He has a vast knowledge of the science behind fitness. He reads and shares the latest relevant information about medical discoveries and shares this information without charging extra for every little gem he shares. I can't say enough good things about this extraordinary man who tailors the workouts to the individual even in group settings so you feel like he is working with only you. The group settings are friendly and encouraging and the people Greg attracts are positive people who support and learn to care about one another like family. You do not feel like this workout place is a meat market and you are not there to impress anyone. Greg is simply the best. I've trained with many trainers and I've never felt as good as I do right now. Thank you Greg.
