Thanks Matt D. for being of service. We all get the same amount of time, it's what we dovwith our time that counts. Coming into this establishment I was able to get right to my 30minute workout challenge plan after being shown around the place. I think it really is the judgement free zone.

Large, varied selection of equipment. A larger PF in area, rarely seems crowded, even when busy. The only minor quibble, and this has just been happening in the recent past, is that hot water for the showers has been erratic to say the least. I am there between 5am and 6:30am three to 4 weekdays a week, and have had to endure quite a few cold 45 second showers, even after leaving the water run for a few minutes before attempting it.

Staff is always nice. Always able to find a machine even when it's busy. Facility is usually always clean. Had an issue that the staff were thankfully able to take care of quickly.

I don't know why some people hate on this place. I joined three months ago and am here 3-4 days per week. Great value for the money, generally not too busy, overall satisfied with available equipment. Some of the sections designed for their workout programs are underutilized and could probably be dedicated to something else.
Staff always very friendly and recognize me. Other guests leave each other alone.
Minus one star because the wifi is terrible. I just use mobile data.

Welcoming gym. Staff is great! After a long day at work, this is a needed place to de-stress. [The Hydromassage bed is a plus also]

These people have very very poor customer service, they do not deserve even one star . I moved out of town and they refused to transfer or cancel my membership. The manager Matthew is very rude ,he need to learn customer service. Now am stuck paying membership which am not using . it feels like highway robbery and they got no shame about it.

I moved and wanted to cancel my membership. Additionally, my health insurance changed which gave me free access to a different gym. I called and was told I needed to come in in person to cancel. I made it in, my fiance and I filled out the cancellation forms and thought we were good. We were told we would still be billed for the next billing date in October (5 days away). I was a little frustrated by this, but was happy to have the membership cancelled. Fast forward 1 month and I got billed again. Now I'm being blamed because I didn't keep the copy of the cancellation I was never given... Oh, and it gets worse, when I transferred my membership to the Bethel location from Hilliard, it never transferred, it opened another account at Hilliard. I am being blamed for that too. This was the manager blaming me... Poor customer service.

More updated than one by OSU. Staff friendly. Clean modern. Has the red light vibrating machine. Not all locations do. Flowers in women locker room adds touch of elegance and charm. Makes me appreciate sweating like a turkey on thanksgiving. Real flowers too not fake plastic. Nice job mgmt. ;)

Walked in looking to sign up and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The gym is very clean and well organized. I'm glad I came here.

The worker showed me the place, and she was so kind. She answered all my questions in a friendly manner. The monthly price is 10$ which is pretty cheap excluding the 40$ yearly maintenance fee. She told me that they do not cater body building, but rather focus on fitness. It's a decent place, in my opinion.

We did our first workout here today 7:30a to 8:40a - atmosphere was relaxed, yet focused. People just doing their workout with no dramatic behaviors nor exhibitionists. Additionally, it was nice to see everyone cleaning their machines after use. Treadmills were able to quickly switch speeds for running intervals (just punch in the number - no holding down arrow or plus keys required) and the machine didn't hesitate with my 275lb frame. The giant ceiling fans do an excellent job moving air comfortably and after a workout there is a nice space to stretch (not an after thought like at most gyms). Overall, what I most liked (alonged with the atmosphere) was the diversity of the population (age, gender, ethnicity and race) at this gym a nice mix of people which should be welcoming for really most anyone.

Rarely has anyone at this location been helpful. They don't seem to know or understand the values of PF. I transferred from a location that took the "no lunks" rule seriously, but this location does not. People walk around grunting and dropping weights like they're at the Arnold Classic. However, very recently I met a girl at the desk who used the alarm and confronted a guy about his behavior, so maybe they're getting on the right track. The other big downfall is the fact that the toilets are black. While they look pretty cool, I think it makes it hard to tell how dirty they are because the bathrooms often smell like a port-a-potty or stale urine.
