Very professional, equipment and areas are all clean. Additional training or if needing a personal trainer..its available. It's also affordable..

Helpful staff, LOTS & LOTS of machines - never had to wait for anything, SPOTLESSLY clean - the staff even goes around disinfecting all the machines (which you are required to do yourself so a bonus considering all the possible colds, flues & viruses out there.) The locker room is very comfortable & modern. There are several large separated spaces/rooms that are designated for specific uses (or any use you'd like) that allow you to go at your own pace, ie: A designated room for stretching with all kinds of benches & equipment for that purpose. Love the two Massage choices, the Total Body and three Tanning options all included, I use at least one of them every time I'm there. Not to mention the twice monthly catered Panera Breakfast, got to get there early to earn it first!

The gym itself is small and limited in equipment, though with the size they do manage to have a few good things.
Unfortunately I will NOT be returning to this specific Planet Fitness. The staff is gullible and someone told them that they couldn't get the lock off of their locker, so they cut it off without question. The problem with this is it was my sister's locker. They said it was the other person's locker, though I specifically remember her locking her lock. If I don't feel safe at a gym, I'll go to a different one. Will be trying out other PF's in the area, but will not go to this specific one.

Great place to work out. People are friendly but not pushy. And they have a lot of equipment so you don't have to wait for one to open up

Great place to workout. They have security riding around at night for your safety. Staff was on hand if I needed anything. They was very well aware of what was going on.

I love this P.F. It's very friendly and clean. Although, one of my friends found a bed bug in the bathroom. Gross! Be careful of sleeping on the beds.

The manger rude, i think her name is Kim. Some of the workers do not do there job very well, i have walked in a couple times and they are standing there talking to eachother while there was customers. Some workers are very polite, but some are not. I do not like the manager at all. She seems she does not care that some of her girl employees play around.

Brooklynn is awsome!!! Everytime I come in to tan she is very friendly and goes above and beyond. She always remembers I am there for the stand up tanning beds without me having to tell her.

The facilities are great. I travel on the road for a living and the showers in this place by far top notch clean. The staff was friendly and attentive . I had a very good experience here. If Im in Columbus again on tour this place is a must go for the showers and hydro massage.

I just became a black card member here and i love it. They have tanning, masage beds and chairs, all drinks are cheap, and love their work out equipment. You cant even get a tanning package alone for $20 a month these days! If u dont care about tanning and masage beds u can just do the $10 a month thing and be just as happy... Now thats cheap! The ymca is like tripple that. Also idk why everyone is saying this location isnt 24 hours....it IS!!

Extremely disappointed today. I asked the manager if I could put my helmet behind the counter and was told no. I asked today because I forgot my lock and wanted to get a small walk in. I didn't ask for her to assume responsibility for my helmet, simply to put it behind the counter so it didn't get stolen off my bike. Just a little customer service that's all. The staff has turned since Matt, and not for the better. No one greets you when you walk in the door and customer service is clearly a lost art. Seems like nobody is happy to work there anymore, and that makes the atmosphere unpleasant. Maybe I'll try another location, even though it's out of my way. The price is right, the equipment is good, just this location is going down hill as far as customer service is concerned.

Managament suck dont want to do anything you as for. They have the fan like 80 mile really hars to sweat and no internet however the staff is great . Thw staff uses to work out with you no anymore i cancel it is really hard to sewat and new peoppl at the front desk. Music suck

Terrible customer service
I went in there to go work out and they told me that I was behind on the payments from June 2016 I was very confused as in why I was being notified 11 months later it's now in May 2017. I tried calling I tried getting hold of their managers no one would call me back. I called their corporate office and they simply didn't care. I received one of the worst customer service ever. Now I'll be complaining to the Better Business Bureau.

Ok for a quick workout, but it also took a quick 23 min to workout to get my car broken into. Cameras caught the car but not the plates. My car was 4th in the row closet to the entrance. Staffs are good, friendly but the area got me feeling completely violated.
