Let me start with the positives - the cost is reasonable, there is a nice variety of classes, the instructors and the class times are very good. What's disappointing is the lack of cleanliness especially in the locker and restrooms. I was a member of Aussie Fit before it became Crunch and they placed a high value on cleanliness. The cleanliness has declined with Crunch and it's the worst it's ever been now. What makes it even harder is last year they employed an outside cleaning company which did a nice job keeping the locker and restroom areas looking and smelling good. For some reason they are now expecting Crunch employees to clean the locker and restrooms, which is not happening. And it's not just me who feels like this. I and many other people have complained to management about the dirty condition of the locker and restrooms and they say the right things but nothing changes. So I guess barring an outbreak of some virus due to the dirty state of the things, I will continue as a member for now due to the positives I mentioned above.

Great local gym. Originally started going here because of the price and 24 hour access, then got a trainer for a few weeks..... well a few weeks turned into a year and a half! I'm probably the laziest client my trainer has, yet with 2-3 sessions a week, my strength has literally doubled (at least) in 18 months.

I am a regular at Crunch and have been for some time. Overall, I am pleased with the facility. Some of the things that I like are the diversity of clientele, equipment, and the classes. There is child care for those that require that. It is very reasonably priced, convenient, and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful when addressing concerns and do not pressure anyone into personal training although they do not interact with clientele as much as in previous times. I enjoyed running discussions and friendship with the previous manager Kim. Since it is a new year, I think that the facility is getting a bit crowded and so the equipment is getting more use therefore more machines out of order and taking some time to repair. Overall, they do a good job of maintenance. There are some minor irritants. Although I do like the music selection, it is often so loud it is difficult to listen to headphones.

Great place to workout (very diverse types of equipment), energetic and friendly atmosphere. However, if you want to downgrade they don't tell you ahead of time there's a $10 fee to do so. Also, 60 days after you signup you pay an annual fee of $41.93. So beware of the hidden costs they don't highlight when you're signing up.

Been going there for a few months now, the equipment is good and they seem to be constantly looking to improve it. There is always broken equiptment though, which kind of sucks.
I used to go to power shack and they are wayyyy better than them because power shack succckkkssss.
Overall a good gym. Not the best gym I have ever been too, but for the price I have nothing to complain about.

This gym had a lot of variety of equipment when I was going there. I am giving three stars because I emailed the manager two months ago saying I had moved to Florida please cancel my account. It should have been clear as I had not been there in two months and I was going daily. She said I had to cancel in person or write a letter. So they are still taking money from my account two months after that email and I live 12 hours away.

I enjoy the variety of classes plus options to work power half hour circuit myself, do treadmill, stationary bikes, weights, etc. as I'd like. Reasonable price for all the options and extras.

Excellent gym, I went with a bud as a guest. My brother has membership here though. I was surprised at the amount of machines they have, along with free weights. I usually workout during early morning hours and noticed that the gym isn't too packed at those times - perfect for me. If you are looking for a 24/7 gym location, I'd give this spot a shot - won't regret it.

The showers are falling apart and not clean. been here for two years and it's gotten so bad I've decided to switch which is aas because I loved it. It's open layout and you know where everything is but the smell and not being clean isn't good. $10/month with $40/yearly and it took them the two years to replace broken equipment.

Very good gym. Priced reasonable. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Trainers are knowledgeable and not pushy. You even see the GM working and not just sitting around!
