Rich Rich and Buzz are awesome and the workouts are kick a$$! Working with Buzz on my cycling as well as the FTP test has really made a big difference. Can't wait to see how my race season goes. Energy Lab is the perfect place for fitness training, balancing thorough training programs with a friendly environment. Rick is a great guy, with a great heart, and he is passionate about helping people with their training and nutritional lifestyles. If you have a chance to stop by, I highly recommend it!
Rick really helped me with my back squat. I didn't realize that my form could get so much better. I really enjoy using kettle bells frequently and correctly. Aside from the workouts in the gym, the outdoor workouts are always something I look forward to.
