ELab is not your typical gym full of meat heads and wannabes looking to fit in. Rick and Stacy will take you to the best shape of your life and more importantly, help you maintain it for a lifetime. Workouts are personalized, innovative, challenging and motivating. Other service offerings such as nutrition coaching will help round out your total goal of optimal fitness and health. I highly recommend!

You will be pushed to the next level but at your own pace; No peer pressure to lift more than you should like at those super expensive Cross fit type gyms. Highly recommend!

Rich Rich and Buzz are awesome and the workouts are kick a$$! Working with Buzz on my cycling as well as the FTP test has really made a big difference. Can't wait to see how my race season goes. If you're looking for some great cycling and strength classes, you gotta check out the Energy Lab. Thanks guys!!

Energy Lab is the perfect place for fitness training, balancing thorough training programs with a friendly environment. Rick is a great guy, with a great heart, and he is passionate about helping people with their training and nutritional lifestyles. If you have a chance to stop by, I highly recommend it!

Rick really helped me with my back squat. I didn't realize that my form could get so much better. I really enjoy using kettle bells frequently and correctly. Aside from the workouts in the gym, the outdoor workouts are always something I look forward to.
