I went to this studio for the first time while visiting the Ohio area. I found the front desk lady to be rude and unhelpful. Her condescending tone was a complete turn off. Customer service training is warranted.... more

I have never had scripture read to me while I did yoga before. It was interesting.. The instructor was good at spotting and smoothly correcting posture, the scriptures and prayers/intentions were well chosen/spoken, and the music worked really well for the flow.... more

The instructor was very attentive. She seemed to really want to help her students reach their swim goals. I appreciated that. Unfortunately I was not able to attend the complete class time due to work travel and commitments but when I was there she was great!.... more

Canceled my membership with the correct people, at very specific times I might add, only to still be charged. Bad customer service but really good at swiping your card. Sign up only if you never want to be able to leave.... more
Very clean, healthy atmosphere. I felt very comfortable. Every part of the environment was inspirational.. The workers seem really nice and the sauna. That's about it with this gym.... more
I only use the pool, which is awesome, and the locker room, which is okay. The pool has all kinds of great features like a huge slide, place where you can swim against the current, and a great selection of pool toys, as well as a lap area.... more
Staff always seems distracted and/or careless. This store is not a welcoming or inviting environment. I specifically now only choose to shop at the Hyde Park location due to my poor and unprofessional experiences here.... more
