I've been doing pilates at BodyMind Balance for 20 years now. Each session is a new workout that provides a challenge and leaves me feeling energized. This studio is in a super-cool space with original brick walls, wood floors and lots of windows. The equipment is plentiful for group classes and privates. The instruction is exceptional, the staff are all certified and spend time in continuing education.
