Workers here are VERY snotty and rude. I literally couldn't believe my ears as I listened to them criticising others and the things they assumed about someone that hadn't even talked to them were really astonishing and disgusting.... more

The orangetheory system is very good and recommended. but in this OTTAWA HILLS study, coach Maria does this place badly, with attitude, shouting and mistreating those who exercise, as well as explaining the exercises poorly.... more
Have to fight for machines, very overcrowded all the time. It is very hard to get a workout unless you go early in the morning or late at night. Some of the machines dont work correctly and havent been fixed but overall it gets the job done.... more

Have great program for people with Parkinson disease to help with balance and strength and endurance.. Its NOT a good place for kids to learn boxing or anything else positive. I wish there was a zero star option for this place, so ask around the local boxing circles in town before you take your kids there and you will see what I say is TRUTH!!... more
Only member's can go in there to play. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN NEAR THIS CLUB! The club director Steve is the rudest man I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I am a pregnant woman home on bed rest and Steve decided to cuss me out, call me a crack head, and continuously verbally harass me when I was solely trying to figure out who was calling my house phone number.... more
