Very nice staff. Very clean. And plenty of different things to do according to your own personal workout preference. Workout at your own pace, plenty of different machines and free weights.

Thank you so much to the worker that allowed me and my child to come in and use the restroom, yesterday. No questions asked, me and my child came running in, looking for a restroom. She was very friendly, and seen we was in a rush, and panicked. She pointed us to the restrooms, very polite, and friendly. My son was crying because he had to use the restroom, while shopping at the other end of the plaza, in Lil Rascals, where he was denied a bathroom. In the rush trying to find a restroom, he ended up having an accident in his pants. Although we were not customers, or members of the gym, we were treated very well here. I will be coming back soon for a member ship, and the child care services.

Ladies Movement is a full service 'Women Only' gym. We feature over 10,000 sqft of excercise equipment including cardio and strength equipment. In addition to a 1,600 sqft Aerobic Studio. This studio is used for all group classes ranging from Yoga to Zumba. We also feature a spin room with 15 state-of-the-art spin bikes.
In addition to exercise, we also feature a tanning salon with new Wolff tanning beds and a child care center where our trained associates watch and play with your children while you work out.
Free guest passes are available at the front desk.
