Workers here are VERY snotty and rude. I literally couldn't believe my ears as I listened to them criticising others and the things they assumed about someone that hadn't even talked to them were really astonishing and disgusting. Never judge a book by its cover. Have more class and professionalism.
I love the YMCA and I love the community. Staff, programs, pools are all great. I give four stars because the facility is WAY outdated (compared to Bedford / Perrysburg and Bedford has indoor Waterpark, Perrysburg YMCA is bigger than a church!) Yes I know they just updated the gym to BRAND new equipment but it's the space we need! Also the locker rooms are from 1960 no room to even walk past someone after you shower. Has already made for a couple awkward moments I could've went without. EAST YMCA its time for your upgrade
This one of the best Y's ever! Very nice pool and water wasa a perfect temperature. The rest of the facility was great! Thanks Toledo!
Bought a summer pool pass to take the kids to swim. Pool is nice out doors, they have umbrellas, lounge chairs, picnic area. You can bring food, snacks and drinks for the day. The indoor facility needs updated, as well as the outdoor playground. I haven't been to any classes inside, so can't comment.
Great place to visit, other YMCAs in Toledo may be better looking but this one is pretty decent. The best part is a 50m outdoor pool (open only during summer). They have family rates and they have a lot of different programs for people of different interests such as gym, gymnastics, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool etc.
Knowledgeable friendly staff. Just could improve on some training and communication skills when it comes to phone calls.

Very strict swimming rules. Indoor pool not open when we went. Outdoor pool freezing cold. Definitely an old building. Actual Staff was friendly, but the few people we encountered that were running programs were rather rude. Gym equipment was new and nice. Good for adults, just not very child friendly.

We love going here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. My son loves the outdoor pool.

My local YMCA, ave been a member with my family since I was 7 and still working out there as an adult with my father on the same family membership.Great for kids to pass time with healthy goals,basketball,raquetball,two pools one outdoor,one indoor,workout facility upstairs and they have many classes from yoga to spin class.Its friendly,clean and in a good neighborhood.I highly recommend my local ymca.

Great steam room! Sauna and pool are amazing. Equipment is top notch. Clean facility.
Nice staff, decent facility. Could use some improvements in the locker room. Come prepared to see all the naked old people you can imagine
I have nothing to say about there poor customer service, how wrong they delt w getting my nieces a scholarship or a discount to attend there for the summer or there stupid weird pool rules for the kids n the price. Gezzz what ever happened to the community house my generation had for free to the kids so we would stay outta trouble????

Great experience. Went to a class as a guest. The instructor was super helpful and kind. Everything is clean. Everyone is friendly. It's very family friendly too! They even have child care!! Lockers, showers and a pool. They have a massage therapy area I didn't check out yet but will.

I love coming to the YMCA and the staff has never been anything but pleasant and helpful. I would like to see renovations to the building- it is very old and could use a remodel.
Seems like a vibrant community. The facility itself is a little cramped but well outfitted. If you live in this neck of the woods, I'm sure it's a good place to hang out and play basketball.

This Y provides many opportunities for people of all backgrounds, ages and interests to have a "home away from home" in which they can relax, get fit, and play. The Y makes opportunities widely available for individuals and families to be their best.
I love this YMCA. It offers alot of different things to do such as indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, racketball courts, massage therapy, and gym as well as front and back locker rooms and bathrooms, vending machines, as well as a kids center for the kiddos to play, and a daycare if you have to work.I highly recommend this place, and there facility. They offer daily pay as well as monthly plans, and scholarships for those who qualify.
Great location have been going here at this location for a number of years with my Y-children; they love swimming. It's a safe and clean facility. For all to enjoy!!
